Inoi "Scan and Win with Sunny Lukas" Lucky Draw – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in the "Scan and Win with Sunny Lukas" lucky draw activity (the “Promotion”) organized by Inoi during the Kalyaan Festival on 1st June in Dubai.
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or above
- Participants must be present at the Inoi booth at the Kalyaan Festival to take part.
- Employees of Inoi and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Participate
- Visit the Inoi booth on 1st June 2025 at the Kalyaan Festival.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the promotional standee.
- Complete the form with your name and email address on the linked Google Photos form.
- Upon form submission, participants will receive a thank-you email containing:
- Confirmation of entry into the lucky draw.
- A code to claim 10% discount on the purchase of an Inoi A75 phone at the booth on the same day.
4. Lucky Draw Mechanics
- Each valid email entry will be considered for the lucky draw.
- All participants receive the same discount code.
- One winner will be randomly selected from the list of email entries.
5. Prize
- The lucky draw winner will receive a special prize (to be defined by Inoi; e.g., free product, gift voucher, or other merchandise).
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
- The winning participant will be notified via email on the day of the event after 7 pm.
- He/she will have to collect the phone from our headquarters in Dubai within 3 days. If the phone is no collected within 3 days then another winner will randomly be selected.
6. Discount Conditions
- The 10% discount is valid only on 1st June 2025, and only for purchases made at the Inoi booth during the Kalyaan Festival.
- The discount applies exclusively to the Inoi A75 model.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
- By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data (name and email) solely for purposes related to this Promotion.
- Inoi will not share participants' information with third parties without prior consent.
8. General Conditions
- Inoi reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these T&Cs or attempts to manipulate the process.
- Inoi reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Decisions made by Inoi regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final and binding.
- No data will be used (other than contacting consumers for the purpose of the lucky draw) or sold.
9. Governing Law
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
